It governs Xinhuali, shichangli, wuaili, tianxingli, Lhasa Road, dunrenli, Ziyang Road, jingyeli, Xining Road, zhendeli, baoxiangli, yingxinxiang lane, fuyuanli, xinhuananli, wenhuacun, haiguangsi, jingyangli, Tuchang North Road, shudeli, Kunming Road, Tuchang South Road, wenshanli, jixianli and Baoji West Dao, Shichang Xinli, Zhenxing Li, Zhongcheng Li, Guiyang road 28 neighborhood committees, offices in Lanzhou road. In October 1998, the whole part of nanyingmen street and the former Xinxing street, north of Radio Road and west of Meteorological Station Road, formed a new nanyingmen street. In 2005, it covers an area of 1.25 square kilometers and has a population of 16328 households and 49199 people. The office is located at 37 Lanzhou road.
