Kuiybage Township

In March 1955, kuiybage township was divided into five districts by Yecheng county and Zepu County in the same year; in 1984, kuiybage commune was changed into kuiybage township.

History of construction
In March 1955, Yecheng county was assigned to Zepu County, which was divided into five districts in the same year.
In 1958, Dongfeng commune was established.
In 1961, Dongfeng commune was renamed kuiwak commune.
In 1968, it was renamed shuihong commune.
In 1969, shuihong commune changed its name to qicommune.
In 1978, the seven communes were renamed kuibag commune.
In 1984, kuiybage commune was changed into kuiybage township.
