Niba town

NIBA Town, belonging to Zhuoni County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located 76 kilometers southwest of Zhuoni County, bordering on kaerqin in the East, Zoige County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province in the south, Luqu County in the West and daogao Township in the north. The area is 771.95 square kilometers. In 2018, 5681 people registered residence.

Before 1949, it belonged to cheba banner, the chieftain of Zhuoni Yang, and Luzhu Township, the adjustment Bureau of Kuomintang. After 1949, it belongs to NIBA township. In 1958, when linzhuo county and Zhuo County merged, the first brigade of Zhuo commune (living in NIBA Village) was renamed. In 1961, linzhuo was changed to Niba Township after its separation. In June 2020, Niba town governs four administrative villages.

In 2018, there was one industrial enterprise in Niba town and nine comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
