Longxing

Longxing town is the political, economic and cultural center of the county. Located in the northeast of central Xinjiang county, it is adjacent to Houma City across Fenhe River in the East, Zhaokang town of Xiangfen County in the north, hengqiao Township in the South and Gujiao town in the West.

Longxing town has a land area of 72.51 square kilometers (in 2017), a total population of 44448 (in 2017), a non-agricultural population of 26946, and 47000 mu of cultivated land. In 2007, the total output of wheat was 68885 tons, and that of autumn grain was 95117 tons. The town has 28 villager committees and 6 residential areas, and the town government is located in hanjiaxiang. In August 1947, the original city of Xinjiang county was set up as Xinjiang city, and the municipal government was stationed in yaposhangjiuzhou Yamen in the city, with jurisdiction over four lanes (xiaoyifang, zhengpingfang, anyuanfang, Guilin Fang), one village (duanjiazhuang) and the textile factory of Sanlin Town; in July 1965, Chengguan District was changed into Chengguan town; in May 2002, the township zoning was changed, and Chengguan town and Diantou Township were merged into Longxing town.

In Longxing Town, there are Party committee office, administrative office, social security comprehensive management office, civil affairs office, agricultural science station, water conservancy station, Statistics Station, land and resources office, etc. In the town, there are dispatched units of administrative institutions such as Longxing town police station, town industrial and commercial office, Lianxiao post office, etc. National Highway 108, Houxi railway, Dayun Expressway, Houyu expressway, provincial highway 232 and Xingu highway run through the whole town from north to south, integrating urban and rural areas, closely connected and convenient transportation. In 2007, there were 15 public schools, one public junior high school, one public nine-year school and six private schools in the town. There are 33 village run and neighborhood committee run health centers, 25 private medical institutions, one Diantou community health service center, 17 medical and health personnel and 40 beds.

Longxing town has a large number of historical and cultural relics, and its ancient buildings are well-known throughout the country. Longxing Temple, Jiangzhou hall, bell, bell, music third floor, Confucian temple, jiangshou garden and pool are all national key cultural relics.

Economic scale

At the end of 2006, the total output value of our county was 744 million yuan, the total output value of township enterprises was 683 million yuan, and the rural per capita net income was 3326.7 yuan.

Industrial layout

"One area" refers to the three industry service area. In terms of industrial development, the Party committee and government of Longxing town rely on the advantages of resources, according to the industrial layout, integrate the production requirements, cultivate characteristic brands, and vigorously promote the development mode of "one product for each village" and "one industry for each piece". The town has formed five types of industries: fine planting, large-scale breeding, manual processing, mechanical manufacturing, and cultural industry, with a total of 19 high-quality products. Dongmuzan Fudong vegetable professional cooperative, as the leading vegetable planting, radiates and drives the surrounding five villages, with a planting area of more than 2000 mu. The animal husbandry industry, represented by renmeitai MaoYuan animal husbandry and duanjiazhuang ten thousand pig farm, is booming.

The processing industry with the characteristics of Xiguan beef, socks and broom processing is distributed in 10 villages of the town, with more than 6000 employees; the machinery manufacturing based on Diantou farmer Pioneer Park and light textile park has attracted more than 30 enterprises and solved more than 10000 rural surplus labor force; the characteristic cultural products with Diantou cloud carving, bronze ware and Leyi brick carving have sold well all over the country.
