Feicai Street

Feicai street is located in Xuancheng Economic Development Zone, the western suburb of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. It is entrusted by Xuanzhou District Party committee and Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone by Xuanzhou District government. It covers a total area of 61.3 square kilometers and governs three village committees with a population of 18790 (2010).

Economics

After more than ten years of development, Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone in Feicai sub district office has initially formed five leading industries: auto parts, photoelectric, sanitary ware, new building materials and medicine. there are many wholly foreign-owned enterprises such as Feicai Vehicle Co., Ltd., Anhui Jishun Transportation Industry Co., Ltd. and Anhui meierguang transportation equipment Co., Ltd., as well as famous enterprises such as Zhenhan plastic, Shuangjin plastic and Feiying wheel. The private economic Park of Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone has been completed and more than 50 enterprises have settled in. The Feicai Industrial Park, Lida Industrial Park and xinwan Industrial Park of Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone are under construction. The scale projects of Huancheng Avenue, outer ring road and Jingting Shanxi gate of Xuancheng City have started or are about to start construction.

geographical environment

Feicai sub district office is located in the southwest gate of Xuancheng City, 3km away from the city center, with convenient transportation. It is the main development base of Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone and the main urban area of western new town construction of Xuancheng City. The office is adjacent to Jingting mountain scenic spot and Guquan town in the north, Crocodile Lake Park in the south, old city in the East, Hanting town and Jinba office in the West.

The office has jurisdiction over Shibanqiao, Lianhuatang, Lianxi and Tuanshan communities, two villages of hemuma and Fushan, and 193 Village (residential) groups, covering an area of 61.3 square kilometers and a population of 18790 (2010).

Evolution of organizational system

On September 1, 1999, with the approval of Anhui Provincial Department of civil affairs, Shibanqiao and Lianhuatang were transferred from Xilin sub district office to Feicai sub district office. on March 23, 2001, Feicai sub district office was officially established. With the further development of Xuancheng economic and Technological Development Zone, the administrative division of Feicai sub district office is constantly adjusted. In November 2002, Lianxi village of Xilin sub district office was assigned to Feicai sub district office; in September 2003, caizhuang group, Taiyang group and houchong group of Lujin village of Aofeng sub district office, and Tuanshan village of Xilin sub district office were assigned to Feicai sub district office. in December 2005, Shibanqiao village was changed into Shibanqiao community neighborhood committee; in February 2008, Lianhuatang village and Lianxi village were changed into Lianhuatang community and Lianxi community respectively; in December 2010, Tuanshan village was changed into Tuanshan community. On December 3, 2010, Muma and Fushan villages in Guquan town were put under the administrative trusteeship of Feicai sub district office.
Feicai sub district office was awarded the advanced collective of the second national agricultural census by Xuancheng Municipal People's Government in 2008, the provincial advanced collective of the second national economic census in 2010, the provincial population and family planning target assessment sample point award by the Provincial Family Planning Commission, and is actively applying for the "provincial demonstration Street".
