Chengjiachuan Street

Chengjiachuan street belongs to Lucheng District of Changzhi City. Located 7.5km southeast of Lucheng District, the office was formed by the merger of Dongyi Township and Huangchi Township when the former Lucheng City merged towns in 2001. It is adjacent to Tianji Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd., the largest compound fertilizer production enterprise in China, with good traffic conditions.

As of 2017, chengjiachuan street has jurisdiction over 29 villages: Tianji Group community, Dongyi village, Chengjia village, chengjiachuan village, Shenquan village, tuopo village, Mijia village, Wangjia village, Yaoshang village, Sanjing village, Xishan village, Daqiao village, Taidong village, goudong village, Lijia village, Huangchi village, huishandi village, Shanhou village, Nan village, Xiashe village, Hexi village, Yubei village, Xiangjing village, dingliu village Goubei village, Houjiao village, Guojiazhuang village, Shenjia village, Miaojia village and papaya village.

Economics

It governs 29 administrative villages, covering 76.64 square kilometers, 43470 mu of arable land, 4795 households and 28704 people (2010). There are 37 party branches in rural areas, enterprises and institutions under the Party committee of the office, with a total of 956 party members and 123 cadres of the two village committees. Among them, 25 villages have achieved the responsibility of branch secretary and village committee director. Since 2008, under the correct leadership of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, our department, in accordance with the requirements of the responsibility target at the beginning of the year, has seized the opportunity, paid close attention to the implementation, and completed the annual work target ahead of schedule. The total rural economic income has reached 230 million yuan, an increase of 21%, the fiscal revenue has reached 11 million yuan, an increase of 29%, and the per capita net income of farmers has reached 4150 yuan, an increase of 7%. Chengjiachuan office always takes accelerating agricultural modernization as the starting point, and has found a way to promote the new rural construction relying on industrial support. Dry land tomato planting is a key industry of chengjiachuan office. From seedling cultivation to management and protection to marketing, the staff of chengjiachuan office provide "one-stop" services to farmers who grow dry land tomatoes. This not only increased the income of farmers, but also retained the local people. The villagers of Daqiao village, who used to work outside, now almost all return to the village to carry out characteristic planting. However, with the steady increase of output, the problem of difficult storage is put in front of the villagers. The annual output of chengjiachuan office is more than 20000 tons of vegetables and 1500 tons of fruits, but only half of them can be sold in the current season. In order to reduce the market risk of growers, the chengjiachuan office invested 5 million yuan and 1.1 million yuan in Huangchi village and Daqiao village to build thermostats in 2011. After the completion of the project in July, the storage area of the thermostatic storehouse in the two villages can reach 12000 cubic meters, which can store more than 2000 tons of various vegetables and fruits, and increase farmers' income by more than 2 million yuan. Two years ago, the newly planted walnut trees have been fruiting. Since the new rural construction, the village has gradually promoted the adjustment of agricultural structure, and the management of dry fruit economic forest has become a new way for farmers to get rich. At the same time, in recent years, the construction of local solar greenhouse is also steadily advancing. Dongyi and Huangchi villages alone have invested 6.6 million yuan to build 60 solar greenhouses. Green ecological agriculture has become a major industry for local farmers to increase their income and become rich.
