Jingan Town, belonging to Doumen District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, is located in the middle of Doumen District, on the east side of jitimen waterway at the Pearl River Estuary, adjacent to Zhongshan City, pearl river harbor in the west, across the river from Jinwan District in the south, and the hinterland of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District in the north. The total area is 99.6 square kilometers. In late 2018, 117048 people registered residence in Jing'an town. As of June 2020, Jing'an town has jurisdiction over 10 communities, 15 administrative villages and 1 management area.

After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to a production team of Niwan people's commune. In 1965, Doumen was established as a town after it was established as a county. Jingan town is the political, economic and cultural center of Doumen district. In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association confirmed Jing'an town as a national health Township in 2019.

In 2018, there were 72 industrial enterprises in Jingan Town, including 63 Industrial Enterprises above designated size.

Xiashan Park

Xiashan park is located in the south foot of Xiashan mountain in the southwest of Jingan Town, Doumen district. It is named "Xiashan Park" because of Xiashan mountain. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides and an artificial lake in the middle. Xiashan Park was founded in 1979. In 2003, the Doumen district government invested more than 6 million yuan to transform Xiashan park. At the same time, various sports and entertainment facilities were added, such as gate court, Diaoyutai, lotus pond, quyi club, chess and card room, calligraphy association and other entertainment venues.
