Yanchanglu street, belonging to Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is adjacent to qingbaishi street in the East, the Yellow River in the south, xicaochang street in the West and Gaolan County in the north. In October 1949, it belonged to the Sixth District. In 1955, it belongs to the salt field area. In February 1958, it belonged to Chengguan commune of Chengguan District. In April 1983, it belongs to Chengguan Township. In December 2004, the township changed Yanchang Road Street, and Guanghui village and Wuquan village were divided into guangwumen street and Wuquan Street respectively. In June 2020, Yanchang Road Street governs 7 communities and 1 administrative village.

At the end of 2011, Yanchang Road had 153 commercial outlets with 1095 employees, and the total sales of social goods reached 60 million yuan, an increase of 18.3% over the previous year.

Yanchang Road is adjacent to qingbaishi street in the East, the Yellow River in the south, xicaochang street in the West and Gaolan County in the north. Its total area is 2.7 square kilometers.

natural disaster

On the afternoon of August 8, 1966, yanchanglu Street experienced a sudden rainstorm in Zhongpu Yachuan and other places in the middle reaches of Dashagou, with a rainfall of 50 mm per hour and hail. The ice water converged into the flood mud flow, and the south flow converged with the flood of dabaogou and Xiaogou, forming a flood peak as high as 5 meters. The flood destroyed 766 houses, more than 2300 mu of melons, fruits and vegetables, and many roads and factories in the yanchangpu area, causing serious casualties. On July 9, 1976, there was heavy rain in xujiawan area, which caused debris flow and damaged houses and roads. On the evening of July 14, 1988, a rare hail and rainstorm occurred in Chengguan area for decades. Qingbaishi and Chengguan townships were the hardest hit areas, with 2765 mu of farmland affected. Houses, roads and materials were damaged and seriously damaged.
