Xilingjing township is located in the western mountainous area of Yangqu County, adjacent to the lawn area in the south, and connected with Gujiao and jingle in the northwest. Yangqu County governs the township. Xilingjing commune was established in 1959 and changed to township in 1984. Located in the east of the county, 38 kilometers away from the county.
