Xiayuan street is located in Wanbailin District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. Its jurisdiction area is bounded by Wanbailin District and Yingze District in the East (Fenhe central line), Heping south road central line in the west, Huyu river central line in the north and nanneihuan West Street central line in the south.
