Wuying Expressway passes through the town and connects with dandian town of Tuanfeng County on national highway 318. Tuanpi town is located in the north of Xishui County. It is a marginal business town in the northern mountainous area of Xishui County. The town is 33 kilometers away from the county seat and 10 kilometers away from Luotian County, facing Tuanfeng County across the river.
