Li'an Township

Li'an township is under the jurisdiction of Puge County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Located in the southwest of the county, 20 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 89.41 square kilometers and has a population of 3532 (2017). It has jurisdiction over four village committees, namely Liziping, ganhegou, Shali and manongtang. The main agricultural products in Li'an township are potatoes, buckwheat and oats.

On January 12, 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of Puge county and other seven counties (cfzm [2021] No. 1): Wenping township was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Li'an township. The people's Government of Li'an township was stationed at No. 4, group 1, mawodang village.

Moshijizhuo township was established in 1952, renamed Li'an Township in 1957, merged into Fucheng commune in 1958, restored Li'an Township in 1962, changed to Li'an commune in 1973, and restored Li'an Township in 1984.
