Duoying town
Duoying town is subordinate to Yucheng District, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, 2 km away from the downtown area, covering an area of 28.7 square kilometers. It governs 6 villages, 37 villager groups and 8548 people (2017). Duoying town has won national key demonstration town and national cultural industry demonstration base.
Duoying town is the birthplace of Tibetan tea, the "originator of black tea", and the birthplace of Sichuan Tibetan tea horse road. Its industrial orientation is to build a cultural and creative R & D industry base of Chinese Tibetan tea and a complex of Tibetan tea industry with international influence, and to develop a cultural and creative industry group of "reliving Xikang's past, tasting Tibetan tea for thousands of years and feeling elegant spring and Autumn".
On December 11, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Ya'an City to adjust the administrative divisions of some townships (cfzm [2019] No. 14): cancel duiyan Town, and assign duiyan village, Kanpo village, Pengjia village, Hulu village, Longyang village and Yinjia village under the jurisdiction of Duoying Town, and the people's Government of Duoying town is stationed at No. 206 Wenchang street.
Historical evolution
Duoying township was established in 1951. After Ya'an was founded in 1958, it was renamed Duoying commune. In 1966, it was renamed as the long march commune during the cultural revolution. In 1983, Duoying township was restored. The construction of small towns began in 1994, and it is one of the first batch of small town construction pilot towns of the Ministry of construction and Sichuan Province. The planning area of small towns is 1.84 square kilometers, which is renamed Duoying town. The town governs 6 villages (Luwang, Wuying, Xiaba, Shangba, Dashen, Longchi), 37 villager groups, with a total population of 8548 (2017).
A brief introduction to the town
There are not only alluvial flat dams in the river valley, but also hills and mountainous areas in the town. It is only 100 meters away from the exit of Chengya expressway. The national highway 318 (Sichuan Tibet highway) passes through the town, with a transit length of about 15 kilometers. It takes only one hour to reach Chengdu in the East and Yunnan, Tibet and Cen in the West. It is an important and dangerous town for military strategists of all ages. after years of construction and development in recent years, it has become a must for several golden tourist routes in Sichuan. It was originally named Huangcaoping. It is said that Zhuge Liang led his troops to the South during the period of Shu Han and three kingdoms. Because there were many camps here, it was renamed "duoyingping". In 553 ad, the second year of the abolition of the emperor in Tibet was the seat of Shizhou county (now the ruins of the ancient city on the right), which is attached to urban and rural areas.
Industrial Development
According to the "11421" development strategic Japanese standard of Ya'an municipal Party committee, Ya'an City will build multi business into Sichuan Tibet online automobile service, logistics distribution and leather processing center in recent years.
