Dalucao Township, belonging to Suiyang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southeast of Suiyang County, bordering Xiaoguan Township and Shuangshi township of Meitan County in the East, Zhengchang town in the south, Yangchuan town in the West and Wangcao town in the north. The administrative area is 95.87 square kilometers.

History of construction

In Ming and Qing Dynasties, it belonged to Qijia and Sijia in jinzhuli.

During the period of the Republic of China, it first belonged to Jinyi District, then to the first and second districts.

After 1949, it was divided into one district and two districts.

In 1961, it belonged to Jinping commune of Zhengchang district and Wenxing commune of Yangchuan district.

In 1984, Jinping Township and Wenxing Township were changed to Zhengchang district and Yangchuan district respectively.

On July 7, 1992, Jinping township of Zhengchang District, Wenxing township of Yangchuan district and Shiyang township of Wangcao district (returning to Wangcao town after one year) were designated to build Dalucao township.
