NIHA Township

NIHA township is located in the northwest of Meigu county. It is adjacent to the ancient town of aqu in the East, Hagu in the south, halo and Suluo in the West and bingtu in the north. The terrain inclines from northwest to Southeast. Azaniha ridge runs through the west, with yiquergu peak in the west, with an altitude of 3036 meters, and shuoseluoyou village in the southeast, with an altitude of 2050 meters. The total area is 47.73 square kilometers. Township government is located in Luoluo village, 2300 meters above sea level, no road, about 35 kilometers away from the county.

history

In November 1956, two townships, NIHA and Anqu, were set up. The township offices were respectively in Luoluo and sigaloyo, Anqu village. In October 1958, Anqu township was merged into NIHA Township, and the Township People's Committee was established. In May 1968, the Township Reform Committee was established. In March 1974, it was converted into a commune. On July 12, 1981, the commune reform committee was changed into the management committee. In July 1984, the township system was restored and the township government was established.

On January 12, 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish NIHA Township and put the former administrative area of NIHA Township under the jurisdiction of equ ancient township, which is located at No. 2, group 3, leijuemo village.

In 1990, the total agricultural output value of the whole township was 369000 yuan (163000 yuan for agriculture, 22000 yuan for forestry, 110000 yuan for animal husbandry, 74000 yuan for sideline and fishery); the area of cultivated land was 4652 mu, and the total grain output was 366000 kg. The main products are corn, buckwheat, walnut and Zanthoxylum. There are 430 cattle, 7 horses, 1945 pigs, 876 goats and 2656 sheep. There are 1 commercial purchasing and marketing group and 1 Bank Credit Union in the township, 3 rural primary schools with 144 students, 1 health center and 1 medical staff.

Characteristic culture

Yi people have a tradition of decorating houses since ancient times. Even if it is a wooden house or a thatched cottage, the simple Yi people will decorate it according to their ability, so there are countless outstanding "Luoge" here. Now, while decorating a new house for others, Rogo has changed his life.

"Decorators", they are both sculptors, carpenters and painters. The Yi People's houses are very exquisite. When the main building project is completed, the quality of the building style depends on "Luoge". After "Luoge" took over the decoration project of the owner's house, he did not make any sketches, but relied on his experience and the requirements of the owner. From the structure of the house to the door and eaves, all the work was undertaken by "Luoge". "Luoge" decorated houses are totally different from Han people. The interior decoration of Yi People's houses is made up of wearing Fang and Dou Gong. Luoge does not need an iron nail, let alone glue. They assemble the beams, various kinds of wearing Fang, Dou Gong and carving on the ground, and then select the auspicious day to install the columns as a whole. The houses they decorated are exquisite and beautiful. Most of the eaves are carved with ox horns with strong Yi characteristics. There are many auspicious patterns carved on the vertical columns and clapboards under the eaves. The walls and clapboards inside the house are inlaid with inlays and boards, and carved into exquisite patterns. It is very beautiful. It is said that the Yi people do not have houses with exactly the same decoration. Because they do not need drawings, they can not find two houses with exactly the same decoration, that is, the decoration of each part of the same room is different.
