Tekou township is under the jurisdiction of Puge County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province.

On January 12, 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed that Liangshan Prefecture should adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Puge county and other seven counties, abolish Jile Township, Yushui Township, Yedi Township and tekou Township, and establish ridudisa town.

Historical evolution

Tekou township is under the jurisdiction of Puge County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was founded in 1952, renamed as tuikou Township in 1956, changed to commune in 1973, and set up tekou Township in 1984.
