Minsheng Town, Tongjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, is 9.8km away from the county in the East and 68km away from Bazhong in the west, with 597.5ha of cultivated land and 38% of forest coverage. There are 59 agricultural cooperatives in the town. The total population is 16031, and the rural population is 14470.

On May 25, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Bazhong City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Tongjiang County and Pingchang county (cfzm [2020] No. 4): Daxing Township was canceled and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Minsheng Town, and Minsheng Town People's government was stationed at 258 yinggezui Road, yinggezui community.
