Heiyanzi Town, located in the east of Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is adjacent to the largest salt farm in Asia (Nanpu salt farm), the second largest alkali factory in China (Tangshan alkali factory) and Nanpu Economic Development Zone, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. It has a coastline of 23.5 kilometers in the south, Bohai Sea in the west, Binhai New Area in Tianjin city in the west, and liushuwei town in the north, with an administrative area of 107.29 square kilometers.
In May 1946, it belonged to nine districts of Fengnan County; in December 1988, it abolished Heiyanzi Township and established Heiyanzi town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in heizhong town was 24386. As of June 2020, Heiyanzi town has jurisdiction over one community and nine administrative villages, and its people's government is located at No. 36, Zhenxing street.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Heiyanzi town was 47.707 million yuan, an increase of 37.3% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 21.375 million yuan, an increase of 29% over the previous year. The per capita fiscal revenue is 2124.7 yuan. History of construction

In August 1958, it belonged to laopu people's commune.
In June 1961, it belonged to bijiaxiang people's commune of laopu Working Committee.
In 1965, it was renamed Heiyanzi people's commune.
In March 1984, the people's commune was abolished and Heiyanzi township was established.
In December 1988, Heiyanzi township was abolished and Heiyanzi town was established.
