Zhongtai town

Zhongtai Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Santai County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in qiaolouzi, which is named after Zhongtai mountain. Biyue township (zhuqiaolouzi) was built in 1734, the 12th year of Yongzheng reign in the Qing Dynasty. In the early years of the Republic of China, the old system was followed. In 1935, qiaolou township was set up. In 1940, it was changed to qiaolou township. In 1947, it was named Zhongtai Township after Zhongtai mountain in the territory. In November 1955, it was renamed Zhongtai township. Zhongtai town was established in 1989.

Zhongtai town is located in the northern edge of Santai County. It borders on Guantai Town, Zimian Town, BaiChan town in Youxian District of Mianyang City, Yongming Town, Jianshe Town, Guanghui town and Liuchi town in Santai County. The town government is located in zhongtaichang Town, 52 km away from Santai County and 25 km away from Mianyang City. Its geographical location is 31 ° 23 'n and 104 ° 58' E. Covering an area of 58.78 square kilometers, it has two offices in Zhongtai and Changle, 21 administrative villages, two residents' committees and 155 villagers' groups. Zhongtai Town, formerly known as "qiaolouchang", is located in qiaolouzi.

During the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty, a bridge was built on the river in today's zhongtaichang Town, and wooden buildings were built on the stream bridge. It was named "qiaolouzi".

Biyue township is still in qiaolouzi. Fushuixia village is located in huilongchang (now Guanghui town), which belongs to Changle temple.

In the 14th year of the Republic of China, tuanlian was changed into tuanjia, and tuanlian office was changed into tuanjia office. The first office of qiaolouzi regiment is still set up.

In the 19th year of the Republic of China, Changle Town was added as tuanjia office.

In the 24th year of the Republic of China, the joint insurance of bridges and towers and the joint insurance of Changle were set up.

In the 29th year of the Republic of China, Qiaotou Township and Changle Township were established.

In the 36th year of the Republic of China, Qiaotou township was renamed Zhongtai Township because of Zhongtai mountain in its territory. Changle township was abolished and its jurisdiction was incorporated into Jianmin township (now Jianshe town)

In 1951, the land reform was completed and democratic government was established. Zhongtai township is still set up. Restore Changle township.

On October 1, 1958, China Pacific people's Commune and Changle people's commune were established.

In March 1984, it was changed into Zhongtai Township and Changle township.

In 1989, it was changed into Zhongtai town.

In September 1992, Changle township was merged into Zhongtai town.
