Concord Street

Xiehe street is a historical institution in Shuangliu District of Chengdu, which has existed for five years (2014-2019). It used to be an important part of Huayang in Chengdu, relying on Huayang for a long time and sharing Huayang's status as "Chengdu City sub center". Xiehe street is adjacent to Chengdu high tech Industrial Development Zone, Tianfu New District Chengdu direct management zone and Shuangliu Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone. In 2014, the population of Xiehe street was 75000.

In January 2014, according to the document No. 4 of Chengfu letter, Shuangliu Xiehe sub district office was added in Huayang sub district area, covering an area of about 14.5 square kilometers to the west of Huayang sub district section of Jiannan Avenue. The location of Xiehe sub district office is No. 6 Changshun road.

In December 2019, according to the official reply (CFH [2019] No. 127), Xiehe street and Gongxing street in Shuangliu district were abolished and Yixin street was established.

History of construction

In 1947, Xiexing Township and Qinghe Township were abolished in Huayang County, and Xiehe township was merged. "Concord" got its name.

In 1958, the three townships of Zhongxing, Xiehe and Helin were abolished in Huayang County, and the upstream people's commune was built.

In 1961, Huayang County abolished the upstream people's Commune and divided it into three communes: Zhongxing, Xiehe and Helin.

In 1965, Huayang county was abolished and merged into Shuangliu County. Xiehe people's commune belongs to Shuangliu County.

In 1984, Xiehe township was abolished and the Xiehe Office of Huayang town was set up under the jurisdiction of Huayang town.

In 1992, the district was withdrawn and the township was built into a town. The union office was abolished and merged into Huayang town (changed to Huayang street in 2006). The system of village management by town was implemented.

In November 2013, based on the overall situation of development, the province and city made a major adjustment to the administration of Shuangliu District in Tianfu new area.

On January 7, 2014, with the approval of Chengdu Municipal People's government, the 11.9 square kilometer area of seven communities, namely Hongwa community, Sanjiang community, Changshun community, Qilong community, hechishe community, Qinghe community and Yixin community, west of Jiannan Avenue, and Jiannan avenue of Zhengxing Town, were transferred from Huayang Street of Tianfu New District, Chengdu, according to the principle of "Taking Road as the boundary, determining people by housing and following people" Xiehe sub district office of Chengdu Shuangliu District People's government was jointly established 2.6 square kilometers to the West. Today, the jurisdiction of Xiehe street does not completely overlap with Xiehe Township and Xiehe people's commune.

On December 25, 2019, according to the reply of Chengdu Municipal People's Government on approving Shuangliu district to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns (streets) (CFH [2019] No. 127), Xiehe street and Gongxing street were canceled and Yixin street was established. Qinghe community

Qinghe community covers an area of 4747 mu, with 12 resident groups and 3745 people in 1462 households. Sanjiang Park

Sanjiang Park covers an area of about 260 mu. It is located at the intersection of the first and second sections of Police School Road (the third and fourth sections of Shuanghua Road) and Huafu Avenue. The current urban planning is public green space, which is an organic part of Jiang'an river ecological park. At present, the construction of Sanjiang park has been included in the government investment project plan in 2018 and started construction, which is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Yixin Lake

The planning area of yixinhu district is located in Xiehe street and Gongxing street, with a total land area of about 8.4 square kilometers. Once Yixin lake is completed, it will play a key role in improving the living environment of Xiehe section of Tianfu New District in Huafu plate.

Wanyuan Palace

Wanyuan palace is located at the foot of Xinghua mountain, shibakou, at the east foot of Muma mountain, Sanjiang community, Huayang (now Xiehe Street). A stream is like a jade belt around Wanyuan palace, flowing under the bridge. The palace is built close to the mountain, and the stream is just like its "Huguan River". Yuan Guangcheng, a great master of Taoism, entered the Taoist temple at the age of 18. He devoted himself to Taoism and was good at alchemy. He became a Taoist in the 20th year of the Republic of China. Later generations built a gold body for him to worship in the palace because he practiced hard and had the theory of showing his spirit. Although Wanyuan palace is small, it has a high reputation among believers. Many believers go to the palace to chant, practice and cultivate themselves. There are five fixed sessions every year, with thousands of participants in each session. Wanyuan palace is full of fragrance, which is based on the Fengshui culture and the ancestors' experience.

Wanfo Temple

Wanfo temple is located in the northeast of Sanjiang Yuefu, Xiehe street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Huayang section of Jiang'an river. It is an ancient Buddhist temple with a long history. Wanfo temple, Erjiang temple in Huayang, Tongji Bridge in Huayang (the old bridge was washed away by the surging river on August 19, 2010), Wanyuan palace in Taoism (18 entrances at the foot of Muma mountain) and ancient city wall of ancient Shu (damaged) are all called historic sites of old Huayang.
