Liangyi Town, subordinate to Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of Zhuanglang County, adjacent to Yongning Town and Handian town in the East, Nanping Town in the south, Shuiluo town and liuliang town in the west, and Yanghe Township and Tonghua town in the north. The total area of the administrative area is 63.13 square kilometers, and as of the end of 2018, the household registered residence in Liang Yi Town is 21241.

Liangyi town got its name from the township government's shop in Liangyi. After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to liangye township of Jingning County.
