Shuangshuinian sub district office of Chenghua District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Fenghuangshan horticultural farm in the north, Chengdu North railway station, Wukuaishi market and Hehuachi market in the south, and embracing Wukuaishi bus station, is the transportation hub of North Gate of Chengdu City. It covers an area of 4.5 square kilometers and has a population of 60352 (2010).

Basic information

Shuangshuinian street is located in the north of Chengdu City, connecting Qinglong Street with Chuanshan road in the East, Hehuachi street in Jinniu District in the south, wukuashi street in Jinniu District in the West and shaheyuan street in Jinniu District in the north, with a land area of 5.5 square kilometers and a built-up area of 4.2 square kilometers. Shuangshuinian sub district office is located at No. 98, Zhanbei street, Chenghua District, Chengdu City. It has jurisdiction over 6 communities including Dongsha Road, Zhanbei Road, Huajing Road, honghuayan, Jingzhu and hengqiao, and the Preparatory Committee of Shuangshui village and horticultural community. In 2010, there were 60352 permanent residents (2010).

Shuangshuinian street is adjacent to Chengdu's important transportation hub, north railway station and north passenger transport center. Shengxianhu station, the first station at the north end of Metro Line 1, is located in honghuayan community under its jurisdiction. It is surrounded by Hehuachi market, wukuashi agricultural and sideline products trading center, Hehuachi traditional Chinese medicine market and other important trade centers in Southwest China. In 2013, shuangshuinian Street won many awards, such as "advanced street in maintaining social stability", "two-star safe street", "advanced collective in striving for excellence and supporting the elderly", and "advanced street in economic work" and "advanced street in Renwu work" in Chenghua District.

Shuangshuinian district is the bridgehead of the construction of "Chengbei New Area" in the municipal planning. In Chengdu's "Chengbei New Area" planning, it is also the "Chengbei administrative center" of the municipal planning, and enjoys the preferential policies of the government's development strategy. In the development layout of "northern New Area" and "Shahe economic belt" of "seven districts and three belts" in Chenghua District.

North Shinkansen runs through the area from north to south, Baliqiao road connects Chengdu North railway station and the famous lotus pond market in China. The honghuayan subway station of Chengdu Metro Line 1 under construction is located in the "honghuayan leisure and business district" under its jurisdiction, and Chengpeng highway and Jinfu road run through it, forming a traffic network pattern extending in all directions.

After the demolition, there are more than 1800 mu of land in shuangshuinian village, which is suitable for the development and construction of high-end buildings and various service-oriented supporting facilities; 427 mu of land in honghuayan area will be used for the development and construction of high-end business community. In addition, the new green water roller, the largest natural ecological forest scenic spot in Shahe after renovation, is bound to drive the huge development of surrounding economy with the completion of Metro No.1, and highlight the room for real estate appreciation. With the completion of Shahe River Regulation Project and the planning of Fenghuangshan high-grade villa area, the area has increasingly shown its advantages in geographical location and scarce land resources. The development of shuangshuinian village and honghuayan land is driving the development of large-scale commercial real estate in the area and its surrounding areas. At the same time, the development of residential buildings within the jurisdiction is rapidly upgrading.

Development orientation

Focusing on the construction of Chengbei New District, the sub district office has formulated the economic development plan of "two districts and one belt" represented by "Zhanbei business district", "Metro No.1 honghuayan leisure business community" and "new green Shuinian economic belt" according to the unique resource advantages of shuangshuinian. Relying on the transportation and economic advantages of honghuayan hub station construction of Metro Line 1, efforts should be made to build "honghuayan leisure and commercial community of Metro Line 1". The future honghuayan commercial district is bound to become a prosperous modern commercial place in the north of the city. There will be high-end business hotels, popular life clubs, all kinds of fashion stores, leisure cafes

Relying on the development of real estate projects, the renovation of old cities and the consolidation and revitalization of existing buildings, we plan to build high-end office building clusters and headquarters building clusters, vigorously develop the building economy, expand the headquarters economy, and create a "Zhanbei business district";

Relying on the unique natural ecological forest landscape of Shahe wetland, the "new green water mill" scenic spot introduces a variety of animals and plants to build a natural forest ecological community with self metabolism. There is a 150 mu artificial lake in the scenic area, which is a rare large open landscape water surface in Chengdu. Relying on the second phase of Shahe River Regulation Project and the construction of a street in Ming and Qing Dynasties, the "new green Shuinian economic belt" will be built to enhance the regional popularity and expand the cultural and leisure tourism industry.

Around the construction and implementation of "two districts and one belt" (honghuayan leisure commercial community of Metro No.1, Zhanbei commercial district and new green Shuinian economic belt), we have integrated the resources in the jurisdiction, packaged, reserved, planned and launched a number of major development projects.
