Baisheng Township

Baisheng township is located in the southwest of Napo County, Guangxi. The township government is 65 kilometers away from the county seat. It is adjacent to Baihe Township in the East, baidu Township in the west, Delong Township in the north, Bainan Township in the south, Baole county and Baolin County in Gaoping province in Vietnam in the southwest, and miaohuang County in Hejiang Province in Vietnam. The three-level oil road from Dongxing to Napo runs through the territory.

In the township, 10380 mu of excellent hybrid rice was popularized, accounting for 98.6% of the total area of 10530 mu of rice, 2650 mu of hybrid corn seed was popularized, accounting for 70.5% of the total area of 3760 mu of corn, 300 mu of "ten thousand yuan field" was constructed, 1460 Mu of grain field per ton was built, 322345 mu of forest area was built, and the main economic trees were more than 62000 mu of star anise, 5554 mu of Yugui, 9867 mu of Cunninghamia lanceolata, Camellia oleifera, Pinus massoniana, etc. 8599.5 mu of Illicium verum low yield forest has been transformed. 16 pig raising demonstration households were developed, 699 cattle were replaced with frozen ones, and 25 cattle raising demonstration households were developed.

There are eight village committees under the jurisdiction of Baisheng, nameng, baikan, Porong, potong, NaBu, mianliang and Shangrong. There are 56 kilometers of oil roads, 41 kilometers of border patrol roads, 31 kilometers of village level roads and 185 kilometers of village level roads in the area. Through several years of investment promotion, 8 hydropower projects are under construction and newly built in the township. There are two hydropower stations under construction: Naen, Nawang, Gelong, Nama, naweng and Baisheng. A total of 26.5 million yuan has been invested in the construction of Shanghua and one hundred provincial hydropower stations, which has effectively driven the development of urbanization. The total number of houses built in the first zone of the township development zone is 51, and the number of street pavements in the township has increased from 35 to 79.
