Xinjian community is located in Xinjie section of xiashankou street, Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, adjacent to Rixing community, with a total area of 420 mu. There are 480 households with a population of 1886, including 63 party members. It governs five residents (party) groups, with a total of 72 mu of arable land and no office space. In 2007, it invested nearly 1 million yuan to build 1080 m2 of office service space.

Xiashankou Street

Located in the center of Xiangdong District, our street was established in August 2003 and listed in January 2004. The administrative division is centered on large and medium-sized enterprises such as Pinggang, Pingdian and Pinglu. It governs 21 communities (including 5 village to village communities, 5 urban communities not included in the financial budget, and 11 enterprise communities independently managed by enterprises), with a total area of 13.8 square kilometers and a total population of 47000. There are 55 grassroots party organizations (including 11 general Party branches and 44 branches), 946 party members, including 14 non-public economic Party organizations; there are 1 junior middle school, 2 primary schools, 266 in-service teachers, 104 retired teachers and 82 in-service cadres. Since the establishment of the street, the Party committee and office of the street have been established“

Focus on industry, enhance the three industries, strengthen service and coordinate development

”Based on its own advantages, such as being located in the eastern city of Hunan Province, having a strong industrial foundation and relatively dense population, we have made great efforts to strengthen the connection with Pinggang, Pingdian and other large enterprises in the street, and made full use of its limited functions to serve the residents and enterprises in an all-round way, so that the economy and society of the whole street have developed steadily. At present, there are 44 industrial enterprises and 70 commercial enterprises, including 21 enterprises above designated size. In 2011, the financial revenue was 95 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 6.047 billion yuan, and the investment in fixed assets was 1.575 billion yuan.
