Jinping Town

Jiahe County National Forest Park is located in Jinping Town, with beautiful scenery. There are the graceful jiulaofeng, the cigarettes of Puji temple, the charming and lush ancient nanmu group in zhumushan village, the winding stone road, and the rippling Panjiang reservoir.

The transportation in the area is convenient. The original Shiyang area is adjacent to the county, Panjiang area is adjacent to the New District of the county in the East, and Jianing high-grade highway passes through Panjiang area. The town has 30200 people (in 2017), 71.76 square kilometers (in 2017), 21963 mu of cultivated land (including 14831 mu of paddy field and 7152 mu of dry soil), and 57191 mu of mountainous forest land. There are 905 party members, 116 female party members and 143 outflow party members.

On December 24, 2019, it will be included in the list of national rural governance demonstration towns.

Evolution of organizational system

In December 2015, the township division of the whole county was adjusted, and Panjiang township was merged with the jurisdiction of original Shiyang township of Zhuquan town to form Jinping Town.

Under its jurisdiction, there are two communities: Shiliao community neighborhood committee and Panjiang community neighborhood committee: Nanling village committee, shuaijia village committee, Fukou village committee, Panjiang village committee, Wenjia village committee, Xiaxia village committee, Jingtang village committee, beiditang village committee, Xingxi village committee, changtianwei village committee, dapingling village committee, Liujia village committee, zhaihou village committee, etc Shiyang village committee, Dengjia village committee, Lijia village committee, leigongjing village committee and Quanfeng village committee are 18 administrative villages. The town people's government is stationed in daoshijiao.

The 100000 Mu Jinping Mountain Range stretches for tens of miles, known as Yudai and Jiahe green screen of the county; Panjiang and Qingshan Reservoir, the important drinking water source of the county residents, and the construction site of National Forest Park rich in forest resources. Jiahe is located in the west of Jiahe County, which is integrated with the urban area of the county. The new and old Jianing Road, which runs through Jinping, is the gateway of Jiahe to the West and the junction of ChenYong, two cities and three counties. It is a "five District" integration of Scenic Area, forest area, reservoir area, border area and urban area.

The town has 30200 people (in 2017), which is a gathering place of county, rural residents and immigrants. The population structure is complex, including 1968 immigrants, accounting for 5.4%. The resident population is mainly engaged in breeding at home, and the outflow population is mainly in Guangdong Economic and commercial workers.
