Dongsheng Street community is located in the downtown commercial district of Chengdu, covering an area of 0.22 square kilometers, reaching Sansheng street in the East, Hongxing Road Section 4 in the west, Dongda street in the north and Binjiang Road in the south. Total number of households: 4168, with a total number of 11254. There are 49 residential courtyards, 12 resident groups and 59 enterprises and institutions. It is a new civilized community integrating serving the people, helping the poor, science popularization and learning, and business service.

A total of 36 community representatives were divided into 12 groups. At present, there are seven social organizations in the community, including Dongsheng Art Troupe, Dongsheng Rongxin community mutual aid center, Dongsheng community courtyard autonomous association, Dongsheng community warm Mediation Association, Dongsheng community public volunteer service team, Dongsheng community safety work Promotion Association and Dongsheng community environmental protection association. The community has one hospital (Tianfu hospital) and two schools (Longwangmiao primary school and Dongsheng third kindergarten).
