20 Li Bao Street
Shilibao street, belonging to Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle of Jinzhou district and the northwest of Dalian Free Trade Zone. It is adjacent to liangjiadian street in the East, Xianjin street, Wanli street and dongjiagou street in the south, Yongzheng street, Youyi street and Guangzhong street in the Southwest, daweijia street and Qidingshan street in the west, and sanlibao street in the north. 20 Li Bao street belongs to Nanjin society of Jinzhou hall in Qing Dynasty. During the period of Russian occupation, it belonged to Jinzhou administrative region of Kanto province. During the period of Japanese occupation, it was under the control of Jinzhou, the 20 mile fort and the liujiadian club. In January 1956, it set up three townships: Shili, Hongqi and Shuiyuan. In October 1958, it was merged into 20 Li Bao commune. In July 1983, 20 Li Bao commune was transformed into a township. In August 1993, 20 Li Bao township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2011, the registered residence of twenty Mile Street was 31585. As of June 2020, 20 Li Bao street has 17 communities under its jurisdiction. The sub district office is located at 229 dongtun, Shili village.

In December 2009, with the approval of Dalian Municipal People's government, erlipu street was handed over to Dalian Free Trade Zone for management.
On April 9, 2010, Dalian municipal government announced the start of the new urban management system reform, and 20 Li Bao street was included in the new urban area of Dalian.

The total length of Jinpu Intercity Railway (also known as Dalian Metro Line 13) project is 42.767 km. With the approval of the provincial development and Reform Commission, there are 11 stations in the initial stage of the project, namely: shisanli station, Shilibao station, sanshilibao station, puwan high speed railway station, Ocean University Station, Beihai station, changdianbao station, guafuqiao station, bus terminus, No.34 middle station and Zhenxing Road station. There are five long-term reserved stations, namely, xishili station, Sishili station, 50li station, wulitai station and pinganhe station.
Jinzhou west line fast track project is an extension line of Jinpu intercity railway. After the completion of the project, it will run through Jiuli Zhenxing section of Jinpu intercity railway. It is a city wide fast track line connecting the central urban area of Dalian to puwan new area. The line starts from Dalian north station of Dalian Metro Line 1 in the south, goes northeast along Huabei Road, passes through Houyan village, Qianguan village and Houguan village, goes from the south side of Shen Da Expressway to Beidahe of Jinzhou District, goes east along Beidahe to Sanlitun village, and connects to the north section of No.19 Bureau Station of extension line of Dalian Express Rail Line 3 in the north. It uses the existing line to Jiuli station, and connects with Jinpu intercity railway project in the design Pick up. The total length of the line is 22.8 km. New stations such as Houyan, Qianguan, Ceramic City, Jinzhou, Bayi Road, shijiuju, etc. will be built. Jiuli station will make use of the existing station.
