Xingbieying town

Xingbieying town is located in Cangzhou City. In 2021, xingbieying township was abolished and xingbieying town was established. The original administrative region of xingbieying township was taken as the administrative region of xingbieying town. Xingbieying town is located in the east of Hejian City, with developed transportation. Historical evolution

Xingbieying village was built in the early Northern Song Dynasty. When the village was built, it was originally named datongzhongtun because of the bronze bells left by the ancient temple. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, the place was sparsely populated. At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, a large number of immigrants from Shaoxing, Zhejiang province came to camp here. Among them, the surnames of Qiu, Kang, Rao, Li and Zhang stayed here to settle down. The rest continued to move northward, and changed their names to xingbieying for Yongzhi's sake.

Hongxing commune was established in 1958, changed to xingbieying commune in 1961, changed to township in 1984 and set up town in 2021.

industrial development

Xingbieying town is a famous industrial town, with Hualun cable, bright glass, blue sky automobile muffler, Jiangyuan cable and other industrial enterprises. It is the hometown of cable, heat-resistant glass production base and automobile parts base. The first party branch in Hejian

Hejian's first party branch is located in zhangsiying village in front of xingbieying town. The Party branch became the main position for the Communists, such as Liu Geping, Liu Qinglian and Nie Jiale, to spread the party's theoretical ideas in southern Tianjin, and played an indelible role in the history of Hejian party construction. In July 1926, Comrade Nie Jiale, a member of the Communist Party of China, was sent to Hejian to carry out his work. In September of the same year, the first party branch in Hejian was established in qiansiying village, xingbieying Town, which was also one of the earliest party branches in central Hebei Province, and played an important role in the history of Party building in Hejian.

In November 2017, Hejian municipal Party committee and government issued a proposal to the party members and all walks of life in the city, and decided to restore the original appearance of the first party branch. On June 25, 2018, the reconstruction of the former site of the first party branch in Hejian was completed. On September 29, 2018, the first party branch in Hejian was awarded the title of "Cangzhou youth patriotism education base".
