Niu Tuo Town, belonging to Guan County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Guan County, east of Yongqing County, and Guan, south of Meng town. It is located on the border with the town of Guan and the town of denggou, and is adjacent to the town of Liu Quan. The area is 69.88 square kilometers, and the registered residence population is 43996.

The origin of place names
Because the town people's government is located in cattle camel named. In the fifth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1407), the Lin family opened a small shop here, named linwodian. In the first year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1522), the Dong family moved from Shanxi to settle down in this village, and later became a large family, which was renamed Dong Jialin. At the beginning of Qing Dynasty, it was renamed Niu Tuo.

Zunsheng Tuoluo Scripture building of Liao Dynasty is located in the west of Wanglong village, Niutuo Town, Gu'an County. The building is a nine story stone octahedral column. On the lower floor of the stone building is engraved with the words "long live the emperor Tianfu, empress qitianzhangde, Prince and Princess Qianqiu, specially built the Dharma Sutra building of zunshengyuan, the Buddha's roof for disaster relief and national service". The middle floor is a cylinder with dragons carved around it. And decorated with "flying", "birds", "monsters" and other patterns. Each side of the top is carved with a statue of Buddha, which is quite magnificent. The building is a provincial cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province.
