Hanhua Street

Hanhua street is located in the north of Xinye County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to lihepu town in the East, Baihe Town in the west, Seoul street in the South and suburban township in the north, with a total area of 15 square kilometers.

General situation

S103 highway passes through, S24 highway and s335 highway run through the north and south, only 60 km away from Nanyang Airport and 70 km away from Xiangfan airport, so the traffic is very convenient. At present, after years of development, the traditional textile industry of Hanhua street is growing and the industrial chain is becoming more and more perfect. Six large-scale cotton textile enterprises, such as Xinfang group, Pengsheng textile company and Huaxing cotton textile company, have grown up. Around Zhongxing Road, a 1600 mu high-tech industrial cluster has been built, and the first batch of four electronic products enterprises have been built and put into operation, taking shape, with a good momentum of development. The high-tech industrial agglomeration zone has good investment environment, obvious location advantages, fast infrastructure construction and strong project promotion. Hanhua street is adjacent to Baihe River in the West with rich water resources. There are beautiful and pleasant Chengbei Park and Xinhe city square. There are more than 1000 mu of vacant land in the northern suburb entrance, which is included in the urban planning. It is adjacent to the downtown, and enjoys the prosperity and quiet life of the city. This is the best choice for development and investment. The geothermal well has been successfully excavated in Sanlihe scenic area. The spring water is gushing all year round and contains a variety of minerals and trace elements. It can be built into a large-scale hot spring hotel integrating various meeting rooms, ball games, beauty salons, foot massage, indoor hot spring swimming pool, open-air hot spring pool, large-scale hot spring surfing paradise, Liuxi panying and other fitness, entertainment and leisure.
