Xindian Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Bin County, bordering Shengli town in the East, Chang'an Town and Bin'an town in the south, Minhe Township in the west, Songhua River in the north, Liuhe Town and Jixing township of Mulan County across the river.
