Taikang East Road Street is located in Luolong District of Luoyang City. It is located in the alluvial plain of Yiluo River in the southeast of Luoyang City. It is the core area of Luoyang new area, reaching Jiaozhi railway in the East, Longmen Avenue in the west, Gucheng road in the north and Kaiyuan Avenue in the South.
