Shuiluopo Town, belonging to Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeast of Yangxin County, bordering Bincheng District in the East, Huimin County in the south, Laodian town and Diandian town in the west, and Zhanhua County in the north. The area is 132.2 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Shui Po town registered residence was 55396.

In September 1958, Shuiluopo Township and Pidian Township were merged into Shuiluopo commune. In April 1964, Shuiluopo commune and Qinba commune merged into Shuiluopo district. In March 1984, it was restored to Shuiluopo Township and Lei township. In May 2001, Lei's hometown was merged into Shuiluopo township. In August 2010, the township was transformed into a town.
