Xinfeng Street

Xinfeng street is a sub district office under the jurisdiction of Changjiang District, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province. On December 10, 2007, Jingdezhen Municipal People's government [2007] No. 68 approved the restructuring of the former state-owned western suburb reclamation farm, which was renamed Xinfeng street because it was located in Xinfeng avenue of Jingdezhen city. Xinfeng street is located on the West Bank of Changjiang River, with an area of 15.65 square kilometers and a total population of 27822 (in 2020). It has jurisdiction over 11 communities including Xinfeng Road, bus station, Tanjiashan, chive garden, garden, blue and white, Nezha temple, shibadu, TaiYangChuan, Fenghuangshan and youzhatao, two villages of Sanhe and Hexi, two primary schools and an asset management committee. There are three real estate companies in the jurisdiction, namely kaimenzi real estate, Longtai real estate and Hongxing real estate. From 2016 to 2018, it won the title of "top ten towns" for three consecutive years.
