Luoyuan Bay

Luoyuan Bay is located in the northeast coast of Fujian Province, 50 kilometers north of the Minjiang Estuary. It is a rare natural deep-water harbor in China, and can berth 300000 tons of ships all day. Luoyuan Bay is subordinate to Fuzhou City in administrative division. The north bank belongs to Luoyuan County, and the south bank belongs to Lianjiang county. According to the planning of the Economic Zone on the west side of the Straits, it is listed as the deep-water outer port of Fuzhou port.

Located on the North Bank of Luoyuan Bay, the 30000 DWT multi-purpose wharf of Shiqi port area is the first wharf of more than 10000 DWT built in Luoyuan Bay. It has been approved as a class I temporary port. It has wide water depth, no silting and freezing for many years, good shelter from wind and stable channel. It can build 66 berths of more than 10000 DWT, and 100000-300000 DWT ships can enter and leave freely. Shiqi port area is 68 kilometers away from Changle International Airport, 38 nautical miles away from Mazu island and 142 nautical miles away from Keelung port in Taiwan. It is the largest deep-water wharf nearest to Keelung port in mainland China. Land is also very convenient, 7 km away from 104 National Road, 12 km away from the entrance of Luoning expressway. The port highway, Wenzhou Fuzhou railway and Luoyuanwan port railway special line under construction will provide fast and convenient transportation conditions for the port area.

The Kemen port area, located on the South Bank of Luoyuan Bay, will build 25 wharves, including containers, dry bulk cargo, liquid chemicals, general wharves, etc., and Huadian Kemen thermal power plant has been built.

Luoyuan Bay, located in the east of Chengguan, Luoyuan County, has a zigzag bay with a narrow mouth and a large belly. It is shaped like a gourd. In fact, Luoyuan Bay is not only a natural harbor, but also a beautiful place. "The flowers of the river are more red than the fire at sunrise, and the water of the river is as green as blue in spring". The water and the sky are the same color, ethereal and boundless. Sometimes, gulls pass by and suddenly listen to the fishing songs. At this time, there are many feelings and customs in this scene.

Luoyuan Bay is rich in kelp and laver, as well as fish resources, such as grouper, shark, mullet, eel, Japanese eel, yellow croaker, hairtail, flatfish, pomfret, mackerel, etc. There is a long wind and waves in the sea, which is convenient for boating and fishing. From time to time, there are some ducks, egrets, seagulls and so on, you can also feast your eyes and enjoy the joy of their soaring!

Luoyuan Bay is surrounded by Tiantang mountain, which is like a natural barrier. In the valley of heaven mountain, there are wild boars, pheasants, partridges, turtledoves, pigeons and other climbing streams, which can give you unlimited adventure and wild fun. There is "Diyuan Hunting Club" at the foot of Tiantang mountain. The villas of "Mingzhu villa" have been built, as well as the night club, comprehensive hotel, golf driving range, tennis court, sauna, gym and so on. The most interesting thing is that you can rent a pure breed hound imported from Germany in the hunting ground to "hunt in the dark" in the deep mountains and wild forests by the hazy moonlight.
