Historical evolution

After 1949, it was established as Bilian town. According to Yongjia county annals written by Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, "it is located in the 45th capital in the north of the city, with yantiantai, wangbifeng, longtouyan, duxiufeng, which rise like a lotus, so it is named Bilian."
