Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Morse method:

Ingredients for making chocolate mousse:

1400g fresh milk,

Two tablespoons of gelatine powder,

Chocolate sauce 600g,

A cup and a half of fresh and light condensed milk. A glass of cold water,

A glass and a half of sugar.

Steps of making chocolate mousse:

① Mix the gelatine powder with a small amount of cold water, bring to a boil at high heat for 6 minutes, add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Let it cool and reserve.

② Mix chocolate sauce with milk and set aside.

③ Beat the light condensed milk to paste, then pour in the chocolate sauce and the cooked gilding. Mix well.

④ Pour the finished product into the model, cool it and then put it into the refrigerator to solidify, and then put it into the plate.

⑤ Squeeze fresh condensed milk on the finished product, and then decorate with chocolate chips.
