Peanut toffee method:

Raw materials for making peanut toffee:

300 grams of peanuts. 1 tablespoon salad oil;

(A) Two tablespoons maltose, 200 g Sugar.

Steps of making peanut toffee:

① Wash and dry the peanut kernels, place them in a shallow, wide plate with salad oil, heat high for 10 minutes (turn every 2 minutes), take them out, cool them in the air, peel and set aside.

② Mix seasoning (a) well, cook for 12 minutes at medium high heat to form sugar solution, and then mix in peanut kernel until sugar solution is shredded.

③ Take a shallow mold, oil the inner wall, fill in peanut sugar, flatten it, cool it in the air, then cut it into pieces and put it on a plate.
