The liquor is made of high quality sorghum as raw material, Daqu as saccharifying agent and Huzhou Laojiao Daqu technology. It is made by adding grains, fermenting in Laojiao, steaming and burning together, taking liquor by sections, aging and ripening, reducing degree and turbidity, and blending meticulously.

The characteristics of Xiantan Daqu are as follows

Xiantan Daqu liquor is colorless, clear and transparent, with strong cellar aroma, mellow, sweet, clean, elegant and delicate, and long aftertaste. It is a Luzhou flavor Daqu liquor with 39 degree alcohol. They are exported to Hong Kong, Macao, the United States, Mali, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries.
