The liquor is made of high quality sorghum as raw material, Daqu as saccharifying agent and Huzhou Laojiao Daqu technology. It is made by adding grains, fermenting in Laojiao, steaming and burning together, taking liquor by sections, aging and ripening, reducing degree and turbidity, and blending meticulously.
