The liquor was made from high quality sorghum and wheat, and the bran starter and yeast were used as saccharifying and fermenting agents. The liquor was made by the process of steaming residue, adding koji, fermentation in stone cellar, distilling and distilling, storage and aging, blending and flavoring.
