Stone tablet of Wanfo tower

Emperor Qianlong built the ten thousand Buddha tower to celebrate his mother's 80th birthday. The stone tablet of Wanfo tower was erected in the 35th year of Qianlong (1770 A.D.). On the four sides of the stone tablet, Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan characters are used to seal the poem "the completion ceremony poem of Wanfo tower" made by Emperor Qianlong. The stone tablet was originally in front of Wanfo tower and was moved here in 1987.
