Taiping River Scenic Belt

Taiping River scenic belt is located in the western suburb of Panjin City, Liaoning Province, at the intersection of Liaohe River and Raoyang River. It is now a national AAAA tourist area, a national agricultural tourism demonstration site, and a provincial wetland forest park. The special geological structure, large area of woodland, reed, river, beach, swamp, pond, ditch and paddy field constitute the characteristic natural landscape of coastal river wetland in northern China. It has been established as an important international wetland by the United Nations and the most beautiful wetland in China by relevant national departments.
