Nanjing University of Technology (Jiangpu campus)

Nanjing University of technology is one of the first batch of key construction universities in the national "2011 plan" and "excellent engineer education and training plan". It is also a provincial key construction University jointly built by the Ministry of science and technology and the pilot of comprehensive reform in Jiangsu Province. [1] In 2001, Nanjing University of chemical technology, the former Ministry of chemical industry, merged with Nanjing Institute of architectural engineering, the former Ministry of construction; the predecessor of Nanjing University of chemical technology can be traced back to Sanjiang normal school founded in 1902; the predecessor of Nanjing Institute of architectural engineering can be traced back to Tongji medical engineering school founded in 1915. As of June 2014, the school has Model Road Campus and Jiangpu campus, covering a total area of more than 4000 mu (about 2.67 million square meters), a total of 26 Colleges (departments).
