Daqikong scenic spot

--Daqikong scenic spot is a scenic spot with primitive forest, canyon, undercurrent and underground lake as the main body. Straight down the Dagu River in the terror gorge, you can see the suspension bridge. The plank road on the right side is close to the mountain on one side and faces the water on the other side. It is winding, uneven and dangerous.

Daqikong scenic spot

Daqikong scenic spot is located in the south of Libo County, 25 kilometers away from the county. It got its name because there is a seven hole bridge on the Dagu River (also known as mengtang River) near mengtang village, Yaoshan Yao nationality township. The bridge is 7 meters high, 4.5 meters wide and 35 meters long, spanning East and West.

Development history

It was built in the 20th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty and completed in the 30th year (AD 1850). Later, a hole of the bridge was destroyed by the flood and the traffic was interrupted. In 1877, the bridge was rebuilt and renamed Shuangxi bridge. It is the largest stone arch bridge in Libo County before liberation. Now the highway leading to "xiaoqikong" passes through the bridge. It is one of the important bridges and scenery in the tourist area.

Features of scenic spots

Tianshengqiao, which is hundreds of meters high and tens of meters wide across the river, is praised by experts as "the triumphal arch of the East shaped by the divine power of nature", which is awe inspiring and admired by the divine power of nature. Main attractions

Shanshen Gorge

The cliffs on both sides of the Dagou river form a natural canyon. It goes retrogradely for 1 km. On the left bank, there is a cliff with a width of more than 100 meters, which soars into the sky. The piles of bells and milk are strange, and the clusters of green forests are colorful, like colorful paintings pasted on the cliffs. In the center of the cave, there are three caves in the shape of "one", which are deep and dark. One of the largest rock openings is also the highest one. Here, the dangerous banks are stacked, the cliffs are standing, and the line of sight is narrow, looking up at the sky. If people talk loudly here, there will be sand and stones falling from the cliffs on both sides of the Strait.

Natural bridge

Fangcun river is not far from the river. There is a huge natural rock across both sides of the river. It is one of the wonders of karst. The valley is called Tiansheng bridge, also known as Xianren bridge. It is 60 meters high, 10 meters thick and 20 meters wide. After the river flows through the bridge, it forms a waterfall more than 2 meters high. Looking up at the bridge, you can see the huge bell breast hanging, the cracks at the foot and side of the bridge, the green grass and shrubs growing from the stone cracks, and the vines and flowers wrapping around the bridge. It's really a colorful natural bridge. In front of the waterfall under the bridge, the water is surging, and the boat can't get close to it. Here, we must stop the boat, carry the boat on our shoulders, climb the dangerous rocks, surpass the waterfall, and then sail upstream in the valley of the underground river. It's a thrilling scene with a lot of fun.

Di'e Gorge

It is a section of open stream before Fangcun River enters the underground channel. It is a deep and secluded valley with a width of less than 50 meters and a height of more than 100 meters. All kinds of strange trees and grasses grow on the cliffs on both sides. The river is surging in the flood season and rippling in the dry season. When people walk along the canyon, they are always in danger, because there are dense small trees beside the path leading to the underground river on the cliff, so pedestrians don't have to worry about falling into the river. It's very interesting to step into this scene.

Di'e Palace

The underground Dragon Palace and the underground Great Lake in Bantan village of Jiaou township. There is a beach in the lake, and there is a big tree standing upright on the beach, such as the dinghaishen needle. A 20 meter high waterfall is formed at the outlet of the underground river near the lake.

Dingtianshan

On the top of the mountain of egong karst, there is a rare tree of Cephalotaxus. It is vigorous and elegant. It stands tall 20 meters, with a crown of 20 meters, a chest circumference of 3.5 meters and a diameter at breast height of 1.2 meters. The bark is thick and scaly, like a giant Qiu, and the branches are whirling, like a big umbrella. The most wonderful thing is that the tree can grow on the top of the extremely harsh karst mountain and is so strong.

Laughing at Tianhe

It is a section of open stream after the Fuliu of Fangcun river. With a drop of 48 meters, the silver waves in the river are surging, and the sound of the waves is rumbling, shaking the valley like a smiling sky, so it is named. The water comes from the rubble mound in the alpine karst area of Lingding village, WangMeng township. It runs for more than 500 meters and then flows to Tianshengqiao. This section of the river bed is steep and the current is fast. From a bird's-eye view, it is full of primitive and wild interest.

Big entrance of di'e Palace

This is the cave entrance of Fangcun River (Qijiang River) flowing through di'e gorge and entering di'e palace underground river. From the outside, it looks like a big cave entrance with a height of more than 100 meters. You can see the scenery inside the cave from the side path of the cave. There are water caves and dry caves. There are layers of mushroom like deposits at the entrance. As soon as the river enters the cave, there is a cave entrance, and most of the river water billows away. A small part of the water flows in from the bottom of the cave, forming layers of underground rivers. The scenery is amazing.

Toad pond

The diameter of the pond is 10 meters. The marshes in the pond are inhabited by rare big tree frog, tiger frog, local native frog and stone toad frog. You can meet the frog's natural enemy snake at any time here. Such as king cobra, Bungarus, Bungarus multicinctus, serpent, and a variety of strange snake. After the summer rain, a group of frogs play in unison, long and short, interwoven, forming a joyful symphony, rippling in the valley of the forest, which makes the frog pond famous.
