Yang Mingzhai's former residence is three bungalows located in magezhuang village, magezhuang town. It has experienced more than 500 years and has more than 20 generations. In 1920, his family renovated the house, which has been more than 80 years. Now it is the base of revolutionary tradition education and patriotism education. Yang Mingzhai, born in March 1882 in Pingdu, Shandong Province, is one of the founders of the Shanghai founding group of the Communist Party of China and the Socialist Youth League. He was a famous revolutionary activist during the founding of the Communist Party of China. He worked with Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu and Zhang Guotao and made great contributions to the early cause of the party. Premier Zhou praised him as a respected "loyal elder" in the history of our party. It has historical commemorative value.
