There are two Xinghu Parks: they are located in sanjiaoguangou, East District of Shantou City, Guangdong Province, and Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province.

Shantou Xinghu Park

brief introduction

At the end of 2002, Shantou Xinghu Park, which attracted public attention and cost about 130 million yuan, was opened to tourists. Trees and shrubs such as Lagerstroemia indica, Golden Phoenix and weeping willow are planted all over the artificial hills in the park, and weeping willow is planted by 7 small lakes. In the garden, the paths and many flower beds are paved with colorful floor tiles and marbles, which are beautiful and charming; two small bridges fly over the lake, with 4 overflow culverts and 11 slab culverts. Pavilions, flower racks and flower beds are dotted in the park with reasonable and coordinated layout. Park supporting badminton courts, tennis courts and other sports venues. Xinghu park is located in sanjiaoguangou, starting from Taishan Road in the north and Zhongshan East Road in the south. There are many tall buildings around the park, and the residential population is increasing. The construction of the park has become another good place for Eastern residents to play and relax.

Walking in Xinghu Park

Unlike other parks in the city, it has no walls, no gates, and is open in all directions. Although you don't have to buy a ticket to other parks with an old people's card, you can't feel as comfortable as you can get in and out freely through the gate.

The designer creates a picturesque 300 mu Xinghu park with a three legged gully connecting the north and the South and the long green space on both sides. This unique belt park, which is cut into three sections by Changping Road and Hanjiang Road, has now become a treasure land for nearby residents' physical exercise, leisure and entertainment.

In the north section of the park, several ingenious wooden one legged pavilions are located around the open area. The modern pavilions in the middle section are dotted on the lake, while the pavilions in the south section stand on the island in the middle of the lake. The north section has a small area, and many dancers and exercisers are full of broad slate square, which is particularly lively; the south section is covered with green trees everywhere, and the island in the middle of the lake is much quieter; the middle section has the largest area and the most sports facilities, which deserves to be called "national fitness square".

No matter which corner of the park, the weeping willows by the lake, the snaking paths, the green grass under the shade of trees, are all the places for morning exercise lovers. Taijiquan, aerobics, knife and gun dance, many people dressed in uniform clothing, with their own audio equipment, regular action, uniform pace, eye-catching. I often see several white haired old ladies walking together and talking and laughing all the way; an old man in a wheelchair with crutches is sitting in the corridor to have a rest, and several people are chatting together; an old man walks along the middle and small roads with crutches every day. In the middle of the park, there is a small Ficus microcarpa forest. Although it is very small, it has luxuriant branches and leaves. Walking along the zigzag stone path in the forest, or walking through the dense trees with thick fallen leaves, you can breathe the sweet fresh air. You forget that you are in the city full of high-rise buildings and noise and waste gas, which makes you feel a sense of being far away from the hustle and bustle and in the nature Pleasure.

As night falls, the unique large-scale landscape lights indicate the location of Xinghu Park, which has become a distraction for office workers to eliminate fatigue and relieve irritability. Office workers walk in the park, practice martial arts, and meet on the grass for tea. In the middle of the section, there is a spontaneous Xinghu Chaoyue club, which is full of people. Like the light of the day, basketball and tennis fans are enjoying the game. Some of my friends often come into the garden with tea sets after nine o'clock in the evening and sit on the grass to have tea. The park, which is open all day, doesn't have to be closed.

Xinghu Park in Jinxiang County

Located in the center of Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, Xinghu park is the only free all day Park in Jinxiang County, adjacent to commercial pedestrian street in the South and Jinshan street in the West. In 1983, the people's Government of Jinxiang County began to build the building with funds. The building layout centered on Kuixing building expanded outward. By 1990, it began to take shape.

There are some recreational facilities for tourists to play in Xinghu park. There are boats in Kuixing lake, cold drinks, snacks and other food with regional characteristics on the roadside, basketball court, tennis court and the original billiards Court (urban construction has been demolished in 2008).
