Lingyingyan, located at the foot of Jianwei mountain, Liaohai village, Penglai Town, is dedicated to such gods as Qingshui patriarch, three generations patriarch, and Wugu emperor immortal.

Lingyingyan was built in the late Ming Dynasty, and was built in 1982 by local people. Rock temple is a civil structure, sitting south to north, covering an area of 500 square meters, with a construction area of 320 square meters. The Qingshui ancestor worshipped by lingyingyan came from qingshuiyan. The territory is divided into six stocks, and believers take turns to be "Buddha heads" in the late December of the lunar calendar every year; the first ten days of the first lunar month is the "pilgrimage day" of lingyingyan.
