One belt, one road and the first strategic road for the Silk Road art, was put forward by the Silk Road Art Theatre in 2016 to carry out the strategy of "developing the socialist literature and art" by Xi Jinping, implementing the strategic plan of "one belt and one road" and speeding up the construction of the Silk Road International Cultural City. In 2016, the Shaanxi century art media (Group) invested heavily in the construction of the northwest Silk Road art theme theater.
