Cloth guild hall is located in the North back street of Jiefang Road, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. In 1877, Shaoxing cloth industry Co., Ltd. raised funds to build it. Now it is a cultural relic protection unit of Shaoxing City.

Cloth guild hall is located in the North back street of Jiefang Road, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. In 1877, Shaoxing cloth industry Co., Ltd. raised funds to build it.

The guild hall faces south from the north, with four entrances on both sides. The first entrance hall on the west side is 5 rooms wide. The front trough of the Ming Dynasty and the second is decorated with a rolling shed Pavilion, and the back trough is decorated with 5 corridors. It is in the form of a bucket, with a single eaves and a hard peak. The second one is to enter the building, with 7 rooms in width and a corridor under the eaves. There are five beams in the Ming room, and the rest are in the bucket style. The front and back eaves are on the top of the hard mountain. The third entrance corridor and the flat roof are in the shape of "?, with 10 rooms in the vertical and 5 rooms in the horizontal. All of them are ordinary flat roof houses with hard top. The fourth entrance has been rebuilt. The second entrance on the east side is the same as the building on the west side, and the third entrance has a building in the northwest corner. The rest were demolished or rebuilt, but their original appearance did not exist.

It is a cultural relic protection unit of Shaoxing City.
