Huinan Township
Huinan township is a township under the jurisdiction of Qu county, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. Before liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of Sanhui town. Huinan township was established in 1950, Huinan commune was changed in 1958, and Huinan township was restored in 1984.
Huinan township is located in the northeast of the county, on both sides of the Qujiang River, 25.1km away from the county. Xiangyu railway transit station is set up. In 1996, it covered an area of 31.8 square kilometers and had a population of 13000. It has jurisdiction over 7 village committees of Nanya, Dapan, Changjiu, Jiuyao, Kuaihuo, Qiqiao and Beiya. In 2004, Nanya, Dapan and Changjiu villages of Huinan Township were merged into Sanhui Town, Ganxi and Jinyu villages of former Nongle Township were merged into Huinan Township, and the township government was stationed in jiuyaowan.
Huinan township enterprises have coal, iron, gypsum mining. Agriculture mainly produces rice, wheat, potato, corn and citrus. Pig, poultry and freshwater fish are the main breeding industries. Ministry of Railways 60155 cement plant, rudder shigu power station and other units in the territory.
